Residential Inspections
CHOOSING THE RIGHT HOME INSPECTOR IS JUST AS IMPORTANT AS CHOOSING THE RIGHT HOME.
We encourage you to be present at the inspection and walk around the house with the inspector during the inspection process. This allows you to ask any questions you may have about the home we are inspecting.
After the inspection is complete, you will receive your inspection report, please feel free to call us with any questions.
Pre Listing Inspection
A pre-listing inspection can help a seller identify major and minor repairs before the house goes up for sale. This type of inspection will ensure the seller is aware of any conditions that may exist prior to the listing of the property. Pre-sale inspections can determine which items and issues can or will affect a sale or the profitability of a sale. Bottom line: a home inspection prior to listing your property can be a safety net alerting you to any unforeseen issues that could affect your profitability, or even delay the sale.
Walk Through Inspection
A walk through inspection is a home inspection without a written report or pictures. It is done by the inspector with you and typically your realtor, to give you a better understanding of the condition of your present home or the home you are considering buying. The inspector will also discuss maintenance issues during the inspection. Again this inspection gives you the opportunity to have the home looked at by an unbiased, professional before you consider making an offer.
A Complete Home Inspection
A home inspection entails the inspection of all visible and readily accessible areas of the structure to determine the overall condition of the property. All our home inspections include a detailed and comprehensive written report detailing any defect in components and systems that may affect the value of the property in question.
